AFL Goldfields is excited to announce its fixture for the 2019 Female Football Grand Final Day at City Oval Ballarat on Sunday, September 8.

Family Activities:
AFL Goldfields are pleased to be partnering with the Ballarat Western Bulldogs and TAC to provide some fantastic fun filled activities during Grand Final Day, some of the activities available on the day will be:
- ‘Caesar’ the Western Bulldogs Mascot Appearance (11am – 12:30pm)
- Western Bulldogs Inflatables
- Western Bulldogs official merchandise stand (fantastic give-aways)
- Western Bulldogs and TAC - Zero Hero Mascot appearance throughout the day
- TAC - Zero is possible “Club Room” Activation
Admission Prices:
Grand Final admission prices will be as follows:
Adult: $12
Family (2 Adults, 2 Children) $27
Pensioner: $7
8-16-year-old: $5
Under 8: FREE
Record: $3
No BYO alcohol or glass containers to be brought into the venue
Note: All Players and Spectators will be charged to enter the Female Football Grand Final, pass outs from other venues operating (e.g. BFNL Junior Preliminary Finals) on the day will not be permitted.
Parking:
Parking will be available around City Oval as well as being available along Pleasant Street and Mair Street
* Note: The league will not be taking bookings for car parks, it will simply be a case of first in best dressed.
- City Oval: All around ground parking will be limited over the course of the day, it is advised that people park in the other allocated areas as we will have only one entry and exit point.
2 Off Street Parking: Off street parking will be available along Pleasant Street and Mair Street
Entry Points:
There will be two entry points running on Grand Final Day, available to the general public. One will be:
- Enter Via Pleasant Street: Pedestrian and vehicle entry/exit
- Enter Via Mair Street: Pedestrian access ONLY
Gate Keepers:
Gates will open at approx. 7:00am for players and spectators.
Pre & Post Match Presentations:
All pre and post-match presentations will take place directly in front of the Club Rooms where it is expected that most of the crowd will gather.
Each Grand Final game will have the national anthem played prior to the game with premiership medals and trophies handed out after the completion of each match via the presentation trailer.
All Girls Auskick ½ Time Grid Games:
Our All Girls Auskick centers (Ballarat, Central Highlands and Melton) have invited their participants to be involved in the grid game which will be played at ½ time of the Women’s Grand Final. The kids will be invited to stay and present the premiership medals to each player of the victorious side.
Alcohol
Spectators are reminded AFL Goldfields Female Football Grand Final Day is an alcohol free event and that no alcohol will not be sold or brought into the venue, Supporters found with “smuggled” alcohol will be evicted from the ground.
- NO alcohol to be brought into Venues
- Anyone found in possession of alcohol that has been brought into Venues will be evicted
- All people and vehicles entering the ground may be subject to a search
